We're all about hard work, but that shouldn't relate to your online shopping experience. You want to order awards, sportswear, and more, and we want to help in any way we can.
If you'd rather not place your order online, that's just fine. You'll still use the Shop to choose which items you want to order, and you'll still go through checkout. At the end of the checkout process, choose the "pay offline" option, and we'll give you information about finishing your order by mail, fax, or phone. You can pay by credit card, institutional purchase order, or check.
You can also place your mail, fax, or phone order by filling out our order form (PDF).
When you select standard shipping, we guarantee delivery within 18 days of when we receive your order. We ship orders over $5 inside the United States by FedEx Ground. Orders with totals of $5 or less and orders to APO/FPO addresses for overseas military personnel will ship via U.S. Postal Service. Please note that we can't send FedEx orders to post office box addresses.

Having trouble entering an APO, FPO, or DPO address on our order form? Following these steps should help: City field: Enter "APO,"FPO," or "DPO." State/Province/Region field: Enter the two-letter code for the region where the recipient is stationed. Typically, but not always, the code is "AE" for recipients stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East; "AA" for recipients stationed in the Americas; and "AP" for recipients stationed in Asia or the Pacific. Country field: Always select "United States" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
In a hurry? Select rush shipping. We guarantee delivery of your order within four business days. You'll pay the standard shipping charge plus 25 percent of the subtotal or $25, whichever is greater. Your order will ship via FedEx Express Two Day Air or FedEx Ground if the destination is within the two-day delivery zone. Please note that we can't send FedEx orders to post office box addresses.
Orders to international addresses will be sent via U.S. Postal Service and will be charged actual cost. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote. International orders may take longer than our 18-day delivery policy, but it's worth the wait. Sorry, but rush shipping isn't available for international orders.
For award items (like certificates and emblems), we can only do returns, refunds, and exchanges if the items were damaged or defective when they arrived at your door. So for items that feature a year or the signature of the U.S. president, carefully consider how many you want to order—you don't want to get stuck with a bunch of outdated items.
If you ordered the wrong size in a shirt or windbreaker, we're happy to let you exchange it. Just return it within 30 days of the package's delivery date and let us know which size you want instead. Hey, you're working out—we're not surprised if you went down a size!
If you're under 18, you'll have to leave the ordering to the adults. If you're taking the President's Challenge through your school or an organization and have questions about awards, talk with your instructor, who may be ordering awards for everyone in your class. If you're taking it with family or friends, you'll need to have an adult order for you.
