Take it from us—anyone can benefit from staying active and eating better through the President’s Challenge.
That goes for people with physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities. A little flexibility, along with adaptive or customized equipment, can make almost any activity possible: swimming, horseback riding, cycling, waterskiing, even rock climbing.
As with anyone beginning a new fitness program, safety is paramount. You should always consult a physician before you get started with any of our challenges. You may also want to talk to a trained fitness instructor.
