Relive the Glory Days by Participating in the President's Challenge as an Adult

The Adult Fitness Test is the adult version of the Presidential Fitness Test so many of us did in school. The test assesses the following components: aerobic fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. is a resource designed to help you measure your level of fitness. This can be used to get a baseline of where you are when first beginning your training program, or it can be used to measure how much you have improved since becoming active.
