The Presidential Youth Fitness Program is about more than just fitness testing. Its purpose is to offer a comprehensive school-based program that promotes health and regular physical activity for America's youth. In order to do so successfully, physical education has to include instruction on health-related fitness. This webinar will increase your understanding of health-related fitness and will address such questions as why we do fitness assessment, appropriate uses for fitness assessment, and how it enhances your curriculum.
