The President's Challenge

To order online
Our goal is to make ordering awards and merchandise as simple as possible. You can place online orders any time of day, year-round. Just click any of the links to the left under "Order Center" to start browsing.

If you find an item you'd like to order, enter the quantity you want in the box provided and click "Add to Cart." You can review your cart anytime by clicking "View Cart." To remove anything from your cart, check the "Remove?" box and click "Update Subtotal."

When you're ready to complete your order, click "Check Out." Enter your payment and shipping information. You'll have a chance to review everything and make any final changes. Then click "Place Order." Allow 18 days for delivery from the time we receive your order.

If you exit the site or end your online session before completing your order, YOUR SHOPPING CART WILL NOT BE SAVED.

To order by fax
If you don't want to send your payment information online, you can still use our online shopping cart. Just choose the items you want and select "Pay Offline By Postal Mail or Fax" as the payment option during checkout. This prepares a printable order sheet you can fax in with all your order information.

You'll need a credit card or institutional purchase order, along with a phone number or e-mail address where you can be reached. Allow 18 days for delivery from the time we receive your order.

To order by phone
Call 1-800-258-8146 to place an order or ask questions. Our toll-free line is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday (Indianapolis, Indiana Time). You'll need a credit card or institutional purchase order for phone orders. Allow 18 days for delivery from the time we receive your order.

To order by mail
If you don't want to send your payment information online, you can still use our online shopping cart. Payment options
You can use a credit or debit card for all orders. We accept both Visa and Mastercard. If you're ordering online, you will be asked to fill in the credit card type, number and expiration date during checkout. For security reasons, we don't keep your credit card information so you will have to re-enter it each time you place an order.

We also accept institutional purchase orders. If you're ordering by regular mail, you can pay by check or money order payable to ("The President's Challenge"). Please do not send cash.

Shipping & handling
We will ship orders inside the continental U.S. by FedEx Ground. All other orders (including Alaska, Hawaii, international addresses and APO/FPO addresses for overseas military personnel) will be sent by the U.S. Postal Service.

Please allow 18 days for delivery from the time we receive your order; international orders may take longer.

Rush shipping
For an extra charge, we can guarantee delivery of your order within 4 business days. The charge equals 25% of the subtotal or $25, whichever is greater. When you select rush shipping for an online order, the amount will be calculated automatically and added to your subtotal.

We'll send your order by FedEx Express Two Day Air or FedEx Ground if the destination is within the 2-day delivery zone. Sorry, we cannot accept international rush orders.

Returns and refunds
As of September 1, 2009, refunds, exchanges, and returns are permitted only for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt. For those items featuring a year or bearing the signature of the President of the United States, we suggest requesting only the number of items that are needed at the time of the order. Thank you for your cooperation with this policy.

Ordering awards for youth under 18
If you're taking the Challenge through your school or a youth organization, your instructor will order awards for everyone in your class. If you're taking the Challenge with family or a group of friends, you'll need an adult to order awards for you.

Security and privacy
This is a secure site. To keep your financial information private and safe, we protect all online transactions with the latest encryption technology. We will not collect or store any personal information about you when you visit the President's Challenge Web site unless you choose to provide that information to us. Once your order is complete, we do not store your credit card or address information. (See our privacy policy.)
