next level.
Based on research findings
The
rules
of the program are simple. The goal for students is to see how many
points they can earn by staying active. Points are based on the amount of
energy each activity burns. So the more active students are, the more points
they'll get.
Making fitness fun
The Presidential Champions program lets participants choose all
kinds of activities they like doing - whether it's at school or at
home, alone or with friends and family.
Giving students a new challenge
Students who are already active at least 60 minutes a day can still find new
challenges. We'll also give you guidelines for helping students
set personal goals.
